Harry Potter Mania!
It’s been a while since I updated so here is something fun. In my house, Harry Potter is king. We are all HP nerds and proud! For years my nephew all he wanted to be for Halloween was Harry.
I know some people may be like, “PSH, it’s just a kids book/movie”. And hey you are right, but to millions of people is much more than that. The books got kids to read. As a writer, that’s HUGE for me. Plus, let’s face it, the books and movies a like are wonderful.
In my house, is more than a book/movie. It was family bonding. We found that thing that we all loved and used it to become a closer. My nephew and I watched the red carpet via YouTube, live from London and I had tears in my eyes. No I’m not ashamed to admit it. It was sad to see the era ending. I mean all those great memories Harry Potter gave our family surfaced and I couldn’t help get nostalgic. So you see, it’s more than a movie and a book. It’s magic, it’s fighting for what’s right and just in the world. These books and movies will be forever in my heart.
Today, my nephew and I are going to Target to see if we can find a couple of HP shirts. Why? Because tomorrow night at 12:01 we are all going to see the premier. Yes, we already have the tickets ^_^ {points down}.
It’ll be bitter sweet to see the movie because, like I said before, the era is ending. But like JK said at the London Premier…
Oh, I posted some pictures of my tumblr of my nephew who I call Eric Potter. It’s just random things we bonded during Harry Potter things -> click here to view. And this is me being a complete nerd. Yup I’m a Hogwarts Alumni {snickers}
See ya’ll at the twenty year reunion ^_^… WAIT! Before I go. Here is a song to dedicated to Harry Potter.

I know you will be shocked but I have never read any of the books or seen any of the movies…I know that is so bad…
You know babes, you’re not the only person that’s said that. I recommend them! ^_^ I started reading them before the movies ever were thought of, or my nephew was born. So it was something I was able to pass on
